Round the Rocks is a Bi-Annual event where the bravest souls either paddle or swim back from Bawden Rocks.
Bawden Rocks or Man and his Man are two rocks visible from long stretches of the North Cornwall Coastline and lie approximately 4.5kms from Trevauance Cove.

Where there are rocky pinnacles, life is plentiful and the Bawden Rocks are no exception. The rocks are home to scores of fish including long-spined sea scorpions, thornback rays and lemon sole while the rocky walls are crowded with crabs and gorgeous little sea slugs.
2010 saw 4 brave young paddle boarders and 15 adult swimmers who should know better trek their way back from the rocks where they encountered choppy waters and the internal repeat play of the JAWS baseline....(Du nU, Du nU.......)
